In the State of Oregon, you may purchase your marriage license in any county and use it to be married anywhere in Oregon. You can apply and pay the fee at the County Clerk's office in person or obtain your license by mail.
Getting Your Marriage License in Person
Any person who is age 18 or older may obtain a marriage license in Oregon. The fee is $50. You may apply in person at:

Applying for your Marriage License by Mail
Everything can be handled by mail with no need for the bride and groom to personally appear at the clerk's office. If mail service is requested, send the $50 fee and add $2 for postage to:

A marriage license may be obtained at any Oregon County Courthouse and is valid anywhere in Oregon for 60 days. There is a three day waiting period in Oregon once the license has been signed and issued by the clerk's office.
